Functional Application Support Specialist (PAM)

About the role

The Functional Application Support Specialist acts as subject matter expert for the PAM application, providing Level 2 functional and application support to end-users. The role is based in the Belgrade Global Hub, on an open-ended contract, and is open only to persons with Serbian citizenship or a personal work permit in Serbia.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve standard user requests about PAM functionality and administer the application, following up on ticket resolution and ensuring complete documentation.
• Maintain reference data, help users improve data quality and ensure data follows internal rules, and monitor the quality of institutional reports produced in the application.
• Identify gaps, organize virtual trainings and coach field teams to set up projects in PAM, and build and improve the application Knowledge Base through root cause analysis.
• Act as a bridge between users and the project team, collect user feedback, contribute to solution testing and help create and improve PAM training materials.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Information Management Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of end-user functional support experience, including 3+ years in data management and analysis and exposure to various business management systems.
• English and Spanish proficiency are a must; French is an asset.
• Excellent communication, presentation and teaching skills, and a sense of initiative.

Required skills

• Advantageous: training delivery or training material development, project/product management and change management.
• Advantageous: CRM, web and mobile technologies, BI tools, ServiceNow, Jira, VSM, vFire and Azure DevOps.
