Global SAP SF Compensation & Talent Management Consultant (In-house)

About the role

MAHLE is looking for an experienced Global SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead compensation and talent management initiatives across its worldwide operations. You will work within the global HR IT team, partnering with HR, compensation and business stakeholders to enhance and maintain SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global SAP SuccessFactors Compensation initiatives and system enhancements.
• Support and optimise Talent Management modules, including Performance & Goals and Succession & Development.
• Assist with annual compensation review and bonus planning processes.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SuccessFactors configurations.
• Conduct workshops and collaborate closely with global HR and business partners.
• Act as a trusted advisor, recommending best‑practice solutions aligned with the SAP SuccessFactors roadmap.
• Drive global roll‑outs, system improvements and integration projects.
• Manage SuccessFactors‑related projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Compensation and Performance & Goals (PMGM) modules.
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation or global rollout projects.
• Strong understanding of compensation, performance and talent management processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Proven experience working with global stakeholders in an international environment.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English and a proactive attitude.
• Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification; SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
