Guest Experience Expert / Butler Service Desk Agent

About the role

As a Guest Experience Expert you will create memorable, personalized experiences for guests throughout their stay. You will be the primary point of contact for operational needs, guest requests, and local area information, ensuring every interaction feels seamless and part of the overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Address guest requests promptly, from room amenities to local recommendations.
• Complete operational reports and documentation as required.
• Move throughout the property to assist guests and perform hands‑on tasks, handling objects up to 10 lb.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and confidential work environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Commitment to following company policies, protecting assets, and upholding quality standards.
