Guest Service Officer – Front Desk Hospitality Role

About the role

Join Hyatt Hotels as a Guest Service Officer and be the first point of contact for our guests. You will ensure a seamless check‑in and check‑out experience while upholding Hyatt’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest check‑ins, check‑outs, and cashiering transactions.
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality service in line with Hyatt standards.
• Assist visitors and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records using the Opera property‑management system.

Required profile

• Minimum high school education; hospitality or tourism degree preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• At least 2 years of front‑office experience in the hotel industry.
• Professional appearance and ability to work rotating shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera property‑management system.
• Strong computer literacy.
