HR Biznis Partner/ka za distributivne centre

About the role

The HR Business Partner for Distribution Centers will support managers and employees across multiple sites (Novi Beograd, Stara Pazova, Dobanovci) in a hybrid work environment. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping to create a positive employee experience and ensuring HR processes align with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and selection activities together with managers and the Talent Acquisition team.
• Implement retention initiatives and monitor employee turnover.
• Assist managers with disciplinary actions and other labor‑law matters in collaboration with the legal department.
• Conduct exit interviews and propose actions to improve employee experience.
• Support performance management, employee development, and talent management processes.
• Participate in career planning discussions and development conversations.
• Analyze employee engagement survey results and help create action plans.
• Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving processes and working conditions.
• Support organizational change implementation and internal HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar HR business partner role.
• Strong command of English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
• Understanding of the specific dynamics of distribution centre operations.
• Excellent communication, advisory and analytical skills.
• Professionalism, responsibility and discretion.
