HR Manager – People Ops & Finance Support

About the role

Windsor.ai, a fast‑growing SaaS company, is seeking a hands‑on HR Manager to lead people operations and provide finance‑related support. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the full employee lifecycle and ensure smooth, compliant processes across a remote‑first, international organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day people operations, including contracts, documentation, HR systems, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
• Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and internal documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws across multiple regions.
• Own onboarding and off‑boarding processes to deliver a seamless employee experience.
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and support managers on HR topics.
• Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Provide basic accounting assistance and support finance‑related requests.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in HR or People roles within SaaS or startup environments.
• Experience as a standalone HR Manager or in a small People team.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience working in international, multi‑country settings.
• Familiarity with Employer of Record (EOR) setups.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
