About the role

Join a fast‑growing team at a global automotive leader as an HR SSC Specialist supporting Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding across Europe. You will coordinate recruitment processes, manage candidate communications, and ensure accurate administration of hiring activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, assessments and candidate communications.
• Maintain recruitment‑related data, records and documentation in HR systems.
• Prepare reports and ensure data accuracy within recruitment tools.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives and regional recruitment campaigns.
• Identify and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong interest in talent acquisition, employer branding or HR.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English and a university degree (or ongoing studies) in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
