Immigration Support Specialist – Dutch Speaking

About the role

The Immigration Support Specialist works closely with a dedicated team to manage a high volume of visa cases across multiple countries. The role involves end‑to‑end case handling, from initiation to submission, while delivering accurate and timely service to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a large number of visa cases for assigned countries, including case initiation, review, advice, preparation, submission, tracking, and follow‑up.
• Listen actively to client needs, anticipate requirements, and provide proactive advice.
• Stay updated on industry changes and communicate relevant updates, forms, and document requests to clients.
• Ensure questionnaires and drafts are completed on time according to Service Level Agreements.
• Validate data, correct errors, and maintain accurate client records in a secure database.
• Upload and verify immigration documents for accuracy.
• Assist with billing processes, review invoices, and act as a point of contact for billing inquiries.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and comply with all legal and company policies.

Required profile

• Graduate‑level degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Dutch.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client‑service mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage high‑volume workloads while maintaining productivity.
• Organizational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Computer literacy with strong writing and email abilities.
