About the role

JetBrains is looking for a Legal Operations Specialist who thrives on turning chaotic processes into streamlined, efficient workflows. You will act as the bridge between legal constraints and practical technology solutions, helping the Legal team operate with greater speed and lower risk.

Key responsibilities

• Map existing legal workflows and design more efficient alternatives.
• Lead legal operations projects from discovery through implementation.
• Engage stakeholders to capture challenges and translate them into clear requirements and action plans.
• Manage legal technology vendors, including onboarding, renewals, and performance evaluations.
• Track operational metrics to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Support the adoption of new tools and processes across the Legal, Procurement, IT, and Security teams.
