MASP Planner – Logistics Analyst (Europe)

About the role

The Logistics Major Account Support Plan (MASP) Analyst will analyse logistics costs for pre‑sales activities, develop MASP plans for local, global and regional accounts, and lead a team of Area MASP analysts. This role is based in Belgrade with a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse and forecast service logistics costs for new business through opportunity and bid reviews.
• Implement logistics programs, processes and initiatives that impact financial, operational and service‑level results.
• Develop and communicate policies that promote cooperation between Logistics and other NCR Europe business units.
• Coordinate logistics support for new customer accounts and provide support to NCR Global Service Logistics.
• Plan logistics support to maximise service‑level objectives, optimise asset utilisation and minimise inventory investment.
• Plan and execute MASP activities for local, global and regional accounts as demand arises.
• Collaborate with Field Operations, Call Management, Bid & Opportunity Management, and Account Management teams to design and manage logistics programmes.
• Coordinate field inventory activities during start‑up periods and transition to routine management.
• Conduct performance reviews and set objectives for team members.
• Lead training and induction for new team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• APICS or related supply‑chain qualifications (desirable).
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven customer‑service experience.
• Understanding of NCR SPA and resource acquisition processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Innovative and resourceful mindset.
