Media Optimization Manager (Southeast)

About the role

We are looking for a Media Optimization Manager for the Southeast region to lead and execute ad campaigns across multiple platforms, delivering measurable results. The role involves reporting, troubleshooting, dashboard management and close collaboration with senior managers to drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and ongoing management of advertising campaigns across multiple programmatic platforms, ensuring alignment with audience targeting and performance goals.
• Develop comprehensive performance reports and dashboards, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve ad serving or performance issues promptly to maintain campaign stability and client satisfaction.
• Maintain and update dynamic dashboards that monitor key performance indicators, highlight trends, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with senior managers and team leads to streamline workflows, share best practices, and drive overall team success.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience working in a media or digital agency environment, handling multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced setting.
• Proficiency with major demand‑side platforms (DSPs) such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, or comparable programmatic tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and solve complex performance problems.
• Team‑oriented attitude, comfortable working collaboratively and supporting cross‑functional initiatives.
