Senior Performance Optimization Manager – Paid Social

About the role

The Senior Performance Optimization Manager will lead paid social initiatives, driving media and performance KPIs across multiple platforms. You will shape strategy, mentor the team, and work closely with client services to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, focusing on media and performance KPIs.
• Develop and implement campaign strategies, targeting methods, and ad creatives.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and metrics with insights and recommendations.
• Conduct A/B tests to improve ad performance and refine targeting and creative strategies.
• Build and maintain dashboards for real‑time visibility of key metrics.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level specialists, sharing best practices in paid social advertising.
• Collaborate with the English‑speaking Client Service team to ensure client requirements are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience optimizing social campaigns toward media or performance KPIs.
• Proficiency with social advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Fluent English (B2+).
• Experience with Google Ads, DSPs or other advertising tools.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
