Restaurant Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Bristol Belgrade. You will work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and the Chef to oversee restaurant operations, ensuring that both hotel standards and guest expectations are consistently exceeded.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, managing Front of House and the overall guest experience.
• Set and maintain the highest standards of service, presentation and professionalism.
• Develop, motivate and train the team to deliver personalized, 5‑star service in line with luxury hospitality standards.
• Build strong relationships with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Respond to guest feedback professionally, turning concerns into improvement opportunities.
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene and operational compliance at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a successful Restaurant Manager within a luxury hotel.
• Previous experience in Michelin‑starred restaurants is a significant advantage.
• Strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent understanding of food and beverage trends and management.
• Strong wine knowledge, ideally with WSET Level 2/3 certification or similar.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• WSET Level 2/3 wine certification (or equivalent).
• Proficiency with Shiji POS (F&B management software).
• Competent use of Microsoft Office Suite.
