RPA Developer

About the role

NielsenIQ is looking for an RPA Developer for its Business Process Automation Center of Excellence in Belgrade. You will develop, maintain and support enterprise automation solutions across the full lifecycle, from design and testing to deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement, working with business and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities, assessing feasibility, complexity, benefits and risks
• Design, develop, test and deploy automation solutions following development standards and architecture guidelines
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts and process owners to understand requirements
• Create and execute unit tests, integration tests and UAT support
• Provide production support and incident resolution, and monitor automated processes in production
• Maintain process design documents, runbooks and support documentation
• Work with infrastructure, cybersecurity, application support and business teams, and take part in Agile ceremonies and project planning
• Improve existing automations through process optimization, AI capabilities, orchestration and reusable components, and contribute to CoE best practices and automation strategy

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
• Up to 3 years of hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Action Center, Document Understanding); UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Cloud and Desktop Flows, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry)
• Willingness to work in a distributed, agile international team
• Fluent English, written and spoken

Required skills

• C# or VB.NET for custom activities and Python for script integration
• SQL Server (stored procedures, views) and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services
