About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Agent to promote our air and sea freight services. You will act as the primary contact for existing and prospective clients, driving business growth through proactive outreach and relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Actively sell air and sea freight solutions to clients.
- Communicate with existing and potential customers to understand their needs.
- Prepare and send accurate quotations.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure service delivery.
- Maintain and develop long‑term client relationships.
- Record all activities in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Previous experience in sales, logistics, or freight forwarding is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good organizational skills and a proactive, client‑oriented mindset.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with CRM systems (a plus).
