About the role

The Legal Representative will join the legal team of NLB Komercijalna banka, providing professional representation of the bank before courts, state authorities and other competent institutions. This position offers the opportunity to develop legal expertise within a stable banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the bank in court proceedings, administrative bodies and other relevant institutions.
• Prepare legal submissions, opinions, reports and other documentation.
• Analyse court decisions, applicable regulations and relevant case law.
• Coordinate with external counsel, supply necessary documents, monitor their work and give procedural guidance.
• Maintain records and track the status of judicial and other legal processes.
• Carry out related administrative and financial activities linked to legal procedures.

Required profile

• Completed law degree (VII/1 level) and passed the bar exam.
• Minimum two years of experience in similar legal roles; experience in a law firm, court or bank is a plus.
• Proficiency in computer use and good command of the English language.
• Strong analytical abilities, accuracy, independence and professional ethics.
• Willingness to work collaboratively within a team.
