Senior Consultant – Tax Compliance & ERP Consulting

About the role

This senior consulting position sits at the intersection of tax, finance, accounting, business processes, and technology. You will help businesses transform their tax and finance processes through ERP systems and innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax returns and e‑invoicing compliance.
• Stay updated on tax and accounting regulatory developments and translate them into practical client solutions.
• Participate in ERP localization, data migration and tax automation projects.
• Design and review tax determination logic, tax codes, VAT reporting processes, and Chart of Accounts mappings within ERP systems.
• Support digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to automate manual processes.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in VAT, Corporate Income Tax and Withholding Tax.
• Good understanding of accounting logic, principles, finance processes and financial reporting.
• Ability to interpret Serbian accounting and tax laws and translate regulatory requirements into practical recommendations.
• Proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in continuous learning.

Required skills

• VAT, Corporate Income Tax and Withholding Tax expertise.
• Serbian accounting and tax law knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle.
• ERP implementation, data migration and tax automation experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
