Senior Corporate Law Attorney

About the role

The Senior Corporate Law Attorney will own corporate and commercial matters for domestic and international clients, many of them technology companies operating globally. This senior position offers a clear path toward team‑lead or partnership responsibilities within Zunic Law.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex corporate and commercial issues, delivering high‑quality legal opinions.
• Conduct in‑depth legal research and resolve sophisticated corporate law matters from start to finish.
• Draft, negotiate and lead M&A transaction documents and negotiations.
• Represent clients in commercial court proceedings.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support their professional development.

Required profile

• Passed the bar exam.
• Minimum 7 years of post‑bar experience in a law firm, court, or corporate legal department.
• Extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, including leadership on M&A projects.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher) and Serbian; English used daily.
• Strong organizational, analytical and detail‑oriented abilities, with proven leadership and mentoring experience.
