Senior People Experience & Culture Partner

About the role

Tabby is seeking a senior leader to shape and deliver culture, engagement and employee experience programs across its distributed workforce. You will design, implement and scale initiatives that foster belonging, recognition and consistent employee experiences in all hubs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver hub events, team‑building activities and road trips that strengthen connection across locations.
• Build and run scalable recognition and milestone programs (birthdays, anniversaries, new‑baby gifts, etc.) that feel personal at any headcount.
• Own branded merchandise end‑to‑end, from concept through production, vendor management and distribution.
• Drive employee engagement and communications, advising teams on formats and best practices.
• Lead cross‑hub initiatives that reinforce a shared culture and consistent employee experience.
• Manage external partners and budgets to deliver programs on time and on brand.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning employee events, team‑building and engagement programs end‑to‑end, preferably for a distributed or multi‑location workforce.
• Creative mindset with a track record of turning ideas into scalable employee‑experience initiatives.
• Ability to travel across hubs and work collaboratively with local experts.
