Senior Recruiter – Remote Family Office

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for a private family office. This fully remote position works within a small, high‑performing team and focuses on sourcing talent for household, lifestyle, finance, and legal functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer acceptance.
• Proactively source and map candidates for private household, lifestyle, finance, and legal roles.
• Maintain discreet communication with candidates, respecting the sensitivity of a family‑office environment.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring stakeholders to define briefs and interview processes.
• Track pipeline progress, flag risks, and mitigate bottlenecks.
• Negotiate offers and oversee the closing process.
• Keep candidate and role data accurate and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Russian.
• Experience with family offices, concierge services, or travel/hospitality is a plus.
• Strong judgment handling confidential information.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Self‑directed and comfortable working remotely within a small team.
