Supply Chain Officer

About the role

The Supply Chain Officer will manage the procurement of raw materials, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery for our industrial production lines. You will work closely with internal teams, logistics partners, and customs agents to support seamless material flow.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and process raw‑material purchase requests from ERP systems or email.
• Balance material inventories and create monthly forecast (FC) predictions.
• Prepare the annual budget for raw‑material procurement.
• Validate existing supplier base and explore new suppliers to expand the portfolio.
• Issue RFQs with technical specifications and manage electronic purchase orders.
• Coordinate transport, receive order confirmations, and monitor delivery performance.
• Distribute certificates for received raw materials and maintain import documentation.
• Update material cost prices monthly and liaise with warehouse staff on receipt and storage.
• Provide customs information to suppliers and interact with freight forwarders.
• Maintain supplier master data and create new supplier records in SAP.
• Participate in monthly inventory reconciliation and stock analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant procurement or supply‑chain experience.
