Truck Driver Recruiter (US Market)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Truck Driver Recruiter to join our Belgrade office and support the U.S. trucking market. You will be responsible for building relationships with professional CDL drivers and helping a stable U.S. trucking company grow its driver pool.

Key responsibilities

• Source, contact and engage qualified CDL drivers interested in U.S. trucking opportunities.
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates and track recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with the U.S. operations team to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with drivers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare and manage recruitment documentation and reports.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently in an office environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Previous experience in U.S. trucking recruitment or the U.S. trucking industry is a strong advantage.
