Global SSC Specialist - Recruiting Systems & Reporting

About the role

Join MAHLE’s global Shared Services Center as a Specialist supporting Recruiting Systems and Reporting. You will ensure data quality, compliance, and smooth operation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding for a worldwide HR community.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding, handling user inquiries and escalating issues when needed.
• Manage global shared inboxes, guaranteeing timely and professional responses to system‑related requests.
• Collect, validate, and maintain recruiting and onboarding data for KPI reporting and dashboard creation.
• Prepare and analyse HR datasets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
• Collaborate with global, regional, and local HR teams on system enhancements, testing, and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HR Data Management or HR Systems Support.
• Experience working with HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or Onboarding.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to handle large datasets.
• Understanding of HR processes, data‑quality principles and data‑protection requirements.
• Fluent English and a service‑oriented, detail‑focused working style.
