Organizational Change Management Coordinator

About the role

Magna is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Coordinator to support its global change initiatives. The role focuses on executing communication, scheduling, and logistics activities, allowing senior Change Management Specialists to concentrate on strategy and stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and format OCM communications such as emails, presentations, one‑pagers, and intranet content.
• Coordinate review, approval, and distribution of change communications.
• Schedule and manage training sessions, town halls, workshops, and other engagement events.
• Handle meeting logistics, invitations, materials, attendance tracking, and follow‑ups.
• Maintain OCM trackers, timelines, and status reports across multiple initiatives.
• Monitor action items and ensure deliverables stay on track.
• Support upkeep of OCM templates, tools, SharePoint/MagNET content, and documentation.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in coordination, administrative, communications, HR, PMO, or similar support roles.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and support several initiatives simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint.
