City Manager – Oversee Hospitality Operations in Belgrade

About the role

FLOK is seeking a proactive City Manager to lead the commercial performance, daily operations, and team management of its two boutique hotels in Belgrade. Reporting directly to group management, you will have full autonomy to shape and grow these properties.

Key responsibilities

• Drive direct sales and corporate client acquisition for both hotels.
• Manage revenue and channel strategies to maximize occupancy and rates.
• Develop, standardise and continuously improve SOPs, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversee property maintenance, coordinate with contractors and service providers.
• Enhance guest experience using feedback and industry best practices.
• Lead recruiting, training, scheduling and performance management of staff.
• Own P&L, budgeting, cost control and vendor negotiations.
• Provide regular performance reports and support strategic initiatives for the executive team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Management, Business Administration or related field (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of hospitality operations experience with a sales focus.
• Fluent in English and Serbian, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable and able to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
