About the role
The Hospitality Manager will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of hospitality and hosting services for a large exhibition. The role ensures a high‑quality experience for participants, performers, VIP guests and visitors throughout the preparation and operational phases.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement hospitality, visitor and participant experience models within the assigned program cluster.
- Manage and coordinate hospitality activities during both preparation and live event phases.
- Plan, organize and support participants, performers, VIP guests and other visitor groups.
- Coordinate hospitality services with internal departments and external partners.
- Prioritize resources and operational tasks across the program cluster.
- Lead hospitality coordinators, host teams, agency staff and other collaborators.
- Monitor quality of hospitality services and enforce visitor experience standards.
- Collaborate with program teams, production, security, protocol and other units.
- Participate in staffing planning, recruitment, training and preparation of hospitality teams.
- Identify operational risks, propose improvements and ensure timely issue resolution.
Required profile
- Higher education in tourism, hospitality, management, events, marketing or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in hospitality, event organization, visitor services or customer experience management.
- Proven experience managing large‑scale events with many visitors, participants and VIP guests.
- Experience in sports events, festivals, congresses or large corporate gatherings is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and visitor/guest experience concepts.
- Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders and parallel operations.
- Skill in creating and implementing operational procedures and service standards.
- Experience with protocol and VIP guest coordination is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Active English proficiency (minimum B2); additional language is a plus.

- Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite.
