About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Manager to coordinate transport, documentation and customs processes for PETKUS Engineering in Zrenjanin. The role ensures smooth import and export operations and supports the supply chain of agricultural equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise transport, gather quotations and select freight forwarders.
• Update, distribute and monitor technical documentation flow.
• Prepare import and export documentation, including EUR1 certificates of preferential origin.
• Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding loading, customs clearance and shipment of goods.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and resolve issues arising during import/export procedures.
• Perform additional tasks related to logistics as required.

Required profile

• Higher education (VI or VII level) or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least one year of experience in logistics, transport, import‑export or customs handling.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Valid B‑category driving licence and active driver status.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Fluent English language skills.
