Procurement & Logistics Associate – Organic Agriculture

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement and Logistics Associate to support our organic crop production, ensuring that products reach customers worldwide efficiently. The role combines procurement, transport coordination, and documentation for both domestic and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Organise local and international transport, plan and track deliveries, negotiate with transport companies and monitor costs while ensuring safety standards.
• Handle import/export documentation, ensure regulatory compliance and liaise with freight forwarders and customs.
• Maintain accurate records, archive documentation and manage invoicing, payments and reporting.
• Develop and expand the supplier base for agricultural inputs, equipment, packaging and maintenance supplies.
• Improve procurement and logistics procedures to increase transparency, efficiency and timeliness.
• Collaborate daily with finance, production and other departments, addressing commercial issues and complaints.
• Support the organisation’s sustainability vision and values.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics, agriculture or food technology.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics and/or procurement, preferably in the agriculture or food sector.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Serbian.
• Category B driver’s licence.
• Strong organisational, communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with digital tools and AI‑supported processes.
