Procurement and Logistics Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement and Logistics Associate to support the movement of our organically produced crops from farm to market. The role combines procurement of agricultural inputs with coordination of domestic and international transport, ensuring compliance, cost‑effectiveness and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Organise local and international transport, plan and track deliveries, work with transport companies, monitor costs and negotiate terms.
• Handle import/export documentation, ensure regulatory compliance and liaise with freight forwarders and customs.
• Maintain accurate records, archive documentation and manage invoicing, payments and receivables.
• Expand and manage the supplier base for agricultural production materials, equipment, spare parts, packaging and maintenance supplies.
• Improve procurement and logistics procedures with a focus on timeline, transparency and efficiency.
• Collaborate daily with finance, production and other departments, addressing commercial issues and complaints.
• Align activities with the Login5 Foundation’s values and vision for sustainable food systems.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics, agriculture or food technology.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics and/or procurement, preferably in the agriculture or food sector.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Serbian.
• Category B driver’s licence.
• Strong organisational, communication and teamwork abilities.
