Procurement and Logistics Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement and Logistics Associate to support the movement of our organically produced crops to domestic and international markets. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, coordinating transport, handling documentation, and collaborating with finance, production and supplier teams.

Key responsibilities

• Organize local and international transport, plan and track deliveries, negotiate terms with carriers and ensure safety standards.
• Prepare and manage import/export documentation, ensure customs compliance, and liaise with freight forwarders.
• Maintain accurate records, archive documentation, and generate logistics reports.
• Handle invoicing, payments, receivables and coordinate with insurance providers.
• Develop and expand the supplier base for agricultural inputs, equipment, packaging and maintenance supplies.
• Improve procurement and logistics procedures to increase transparency, efficiency and timeliness.
• Collaborate with finance, production and other departments to resolve commercial issues and complaints.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics, agriculture or food technology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and/or procurement; experience in agriculture or food industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Serbian.
• Category B driver’s licence.
• Strong organizational, communication and teamwork abilities.
